Have you ever been to Jogja and stopped by Mirota Batik to buy souvenirs? Mirota Batik is always full of visitors. It hardly moves around the store. It makes us easily tired. There are a lot of food stalls just outside the store, but the situation is almost the same. I'm also not sure with the stall's sanitation.

If you need to relax for awhile, you can go to the third floor of Mirota Batik, to Oyot Godog restaurant.
Oyot means root, while godong is leaf. You don't have to bring all of your belongings if it's too heavy. Just leave your purchase with the cashier. Oyot Godong has the same concept with Raminten. In fact, the owner is the same person. Nevertheless, the place and menus in Oyot Godong is simpler. Oyot Godong offers Indonesian cuisine with Javanese touch. I think the price is a little bit high, but it's not too expensive.

If you look around, you will realize that all the waiters are male. Yes, the owner, Mr. Hamzah, is an eccentric artist. In certain nights, there is all male cabaret show at Oyot Godong, but I have never attended the show.
